Functions
1. Characteristics
- Powder Free : Suzuki Latex uses a specifically formulated technology to create a powder free product without the chlorination process
- Chlorine Free : The process of non - chlorinated surface reduces the oxidation of metals caused by the chlorine ions
- Sulfur Free : A sulfur free manufacturing process prevents sulfur contamination which causes oxidation on high precision metal components
- Latex Free: NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) finger cots reduces the skin irritation but differs in individuals and depending on application conditions
- Silicone Free : EDEL™ Ex does not contain Silicone which may cause improper electrical circuits on electronic components
- Anti Static : The surface resistivity reading is 1010 ~ 1012 Ohms/square is suitable for handling ESD sensitive components or assemblies.
